Waves of Honor not working ?

Has anyone taken advantage of the waves of honor tickets for sea world lately ? After I log in to ID me it brings me to a page that says " Thank you for your service" but just has add ons for sale, not the free tickets. Has anyone just gotten the free military tickets at the gate lately ?

When I was there last week I'm pretty sure they said military people can get a free ticket to SeaWorld during the Shamu pre-show. I would call the customer service line and see if you can get the free ticket talking to a person.
