I voted for Yak & Yeti -- we had a terrific meal there in 2008. We've not done The Wave yet (although it is on the list for a future trip). As for WCC, it is one of two Disney restaurants that you couldn't pay us to eat at again -- awful food, awful service, dirty restaurant.

We always enjoy Whispering Canyon.

We to Yak and Yeti shortly after it opened. We describe it as bad food court Chinese. But maybe it has improved.

We went to the Wave last year. The food was OK, the wait was very long & the service was even slower. All of our kids were asleep before the meal was over.

Another vote for Yak & Yeti. I lile spicy food and something different. Not to mention the view and ambience. The other two, WC and the Wave are ok, IMO, but just your standard menu found at many places.

Love the Y&Y ribs! Their fried green beans are also really good... although one order is definately enough for 4 people to share. For dessert, their mango pie and sorbets are both excellent.

We have been to Yak & Yeti twice and loved it both times. So much so that we are going again this September. We try to slot it in for 4:15,that way we can catch the parade and then eat.Since Animal Kingdom closes at 5:00,we can take a nice walk back to the buses, and with the park almost empty we usually stop to get a few pics, with hardly anyone in the background. We had the wave slotted on our last day for this upcoming trip, but when I looked at the menu it just didn't do it for me.So I replaced it with Le Celier, can't go wrong there either.

Since I've not been to Yak and Yeti, I can't comment on it, but I will give you my opinion on the Wave and Whispering Canyon. The DH and I tried the Wave last September and were really disppointed. The service was just so-so, definitely not up to Disney standards, and neither was the food. It was really hard to find something on the menu that I even remotely wanted, and once I did, it just wasn't good. My DH didn't care for his meal either.
Now for Whispering Canyon-We actually just ate there on our trip earlier this month, and we loved it!! We ended up getting the all-you-can-eat skillet and it was sooooo good! Not to mention our service was really, really good! We were so full that we couldn't hold dessert, so our waiter let us pick something and wrapped it up for us to take back with us, which was really nice! So, to sum it up, my pick would definitely be Whispering Canyon!

We ate at all three just last week.
Have to vote for The Wave. Two of us ordered Chicken Pot pie and it was absolutely excellent. Not your traditional pot pie. Dessert was awesome (brought out free for a Bday:cool1:) OUr service was wonderful.
Whispering Canyon was good. We had a great waitress but that could be hit or miss.
Yak & Yeti was just OK. Had hoped to love it more but we had lunch at Sanaa and there's just no way it could have compared. DH didn't like his Shrimp tempura at all. I had crispy honey chicken. Good, not great.
