I'm looking to protect my digital camera when we go to the waterparks.
I'm not going to use it for things like snorkling; I want to protect it on water rides where it may get briefly dunked from a ride, or splashed.

I've seen websites for clear shoot-thru bags called aqua-pac or drypak.

Has anybody used these shoot-thru bags and if so, how well did they protect the camera from water? How 'shoot-thru' was the bag?

thanks

I cant help you out with a suggestion for a bag but I can recommend what I do. I leave the digital camera in the room safe and bring 1 or 2 waterproof disposable cameras with me just for our water park visits. That way, I can get all my pictures while at the water park, as well as some great shots actually on rides and slides! I would be too nervous about dunking the camera even if only for a second or two no matter what kind of bag. :)

Thanks but I want to stay digital; I plan on taking lots of pictures/video with the camera. Obviously I can't take video with a disposable & I'd rather not scan in lots of pictures from disposable cameras.
