Waterparks to DTD

Can someone tell me the best way to do this? Either park. Is there a direct bus?

If Im not mistaken, there is bus service from both parks to DTD.

The same bus route serves Typhoon Lagoon and Downtown Disney. I believe that at least one resort has its DD bus go to Typhoon Lagoon first in the afternoon and at least one resort has its DD bus go to Typhoon Lagoon last in the morning.

Not sure about Blizzard Beach, maybe you have to transfer at a resort (Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach or Pop Century probably the best bets).

If you do have to transfer to a resort from Blizzard Beach, stay away from CBR and CSR because they make multiple stops within the resort...

Your best bet would be to go to Saratoga Springs and walk.
