I am having a hard time getting my head around how warm it will be in Early Nov (we will be there Oct 30-Nov 17).
We usually travel in May/June (or DL in Sept) and those times are always damn hot.
Is it warm enough for the water parks/pool time at that time of year?
Are people in shorts/tshirts or in longs by then? (I assume a sweater for morning/evening time)

At that time of year, it can really go either way. You could get days in the low 80s, or it could be chilly enough that you need a light sweater. Whether it's warm enough for waterparks/pool will depend on your individual comfort zone. Personally, I stay out of the water if the air temperature is less than 80 degrees (and even that's pushing it for me), but I know others who can tolerate swimming in chillier temperatures.

We were there in November of last year and had a day in the low 80's and other days where it was in the 50's at night. My husband and I hadn't brought warm enough coats and were freezing! We didn't swim the entire week. I'd recommend bringing layering options or a winter coat in case. Shivering while watching WISHES was not fun!

I was thinking the same thing we are going from Nov 9-19 (family trip) and we will be traveling with 5 kids and my mom wants to do a water park but I am unsure if I want to do one or not.

but right now we have a few days where we can fit a day or half day in so I will think we will just wait till we are there and see how the weather is

We have gone in December several times and basically watch the weather as it gets close as there is no way to really know. We have worn shorts, swam in the pool, and been bundled up with gloves - all in the same trip. You just never know.

In November 2013 we were able to swim at the resort, but it was pretty chilly. Pool is heated, getting out was rough! I can't imagine doing a waterpark that time of year.

When we were there in November 2014 we needed hats and heavy coats one day and shorts and t-shirts the next. We're from New England so we are used to the cold weather and on the days in the 60s, my kids were swimming. The pools are heated, but they were shivering when they got out. I would say be prepared for it all.
