When we went to WDW in 2005 they had stalls in the waterparks where you could hire or buy shoes to wear in the water. Since then i've not seen these again. Do they still have them? If not, could anyone recomend any good shoes to wear in the pool?

I too am interested in this.

Other than buying them in Orlando (Walmats?) I have been looking on ebay.

You can still buy them in the water parks
never heard or seen them been hird out

We've just come back and yes they do sell them at the water parks, but failing that you can buy them here in the UK. Sainsburys sell them so do many camping shops. Hope this helps.

Hi there

You will get them in Walmart for little or nothing. We paid $5 for adults and $2.50 for kids last year when we were there. Probably less than half the price you can get them in the parks. Hope this helps

We bought ours in Walmart very cheap, and are taking them back with us in september.:thumbsup2

What do they look like - any pics? We have some beach shoes we wear when we go in the sea, are these acceptable?

Hi Wendy i have just put beach/swimming shoes into ebay and yes the pictures are the same as the ones i bought(in walmart) and used last year at the waterparks..:thumbsup2

They're cheap on the Tesco Direct site! Paid twice that at the seaside last year, not sure if the kids will still get in theirs, maybe just get them some! Thanks for the info.

just a question? I was planning to get some crocs to wear over there but was also planning on using them for the pools/beaches - would they be ok to wear in the water or would you get water shoes too??

I got a pair of these pool shoes on Sunday from one of those large Sports World shops . Paid £2.69 I think for adult sizes.

Just seen where you live. I bought them from Meadowhall
