Water wings?

Our 7yo doesn't swim yet. Will they let him wear water wings in the pool at ASMovies, or does he have to wear a life vest?

They are not permitted in water parks but I couldn’t find anything specific about the resorts.

Yes, I know he needs swim lessons and I know all about water wings. Not my child, not my decision, not the question I asked. (and for the record, he can "swim" enough to dog paddle and flail around, but not enough to be safe in the water on his own)

If the “water wings” are Puddlejumper style (arms and chest) then he’s fine. The inflatable arm band style is not allowed.

YEah.. they are asking about the floatie arm bands, I think. Are life vests available? I'm not sure his skin sensitivities will let him wear a full life vest.

All the pools have life vests, my older one doesn't use them anymore but my younger one still does.

May be time for a rash guard then. Because as others have said the ones that are just around the arms are 1) not allowed and 2) not safe at all.

I think if he wears a shirt while swimming, the vests shouldn't touch his skin that much. Unfortunately I couldn't find any pics of my kids wearing them.
