Water temperature???

What's the water temp. been at Discovery Cove? Does this temperature change with the seasons? Or is it set to a constant temperature throughout the year??

I've heard it's pretty cold and you need a wet suit?

The temperature is constant through the year. You have to wear the wetsuit anyway. I didn't find the water too bad, butI'm fairly well insulated anyway LOL, The difference between air and water temperatures will be less obvious in December so I doubt it will such a suprise as it is in July :O LOL .

The water was really cold when we first got in but the minute you touch those dolphins you don't even care! We were there in June and I agree that the colder air temp is probably less shock to the body. It is worth every chilly second. The experience of a lifetime!
