Water temp in Dec at Nassau dolphin swim

Just wondering if The water temp in Dec would make it to cold to do the Dolphin swim.. We will be there right after christmas?

And we snorkled there last December, the water was fine to us.
(but keep in mind we are from MA. where the water at Cape Cod does not get above 70 degrees even in August!

My 2 DS and I did it last December for water so beautiful it was kinda cold not frigid like up North here but cold my boys wouldn't stay in the water

That's interesting since the average water temp at that time of year in the Bahamas is about 80!
