Water Taxis arrival

When does the first water taxi arrive at RPR? is it a situation where the fill up seats or just X amount of people?

They will leave w/ seats full...nobody can stand.

As for when they depart, I'm unsure of when they start (never go that early & if we do, we walk). I'd ask at check-in. Probably depends what time the parks open.

I was just about to post this exact question. Anyone have experience with going to the parks early & taking the water taxi?

I just returned from Portofino Bay and water taxi service began at 7:30 due to WWoHP 8:00am openings. I'm sure it was the same for RP.
