Water rides in November?

We went to Disney World last year in August and it was way too hot for us. We were thinking of going around November 10-20 this year. Even though we will not be doing any water parks, my kids really enjoyed the water rides at the regular parks. Do you think it will be warm enough in November to go on the water rides? And have the sun dry you off afterwards (I do not want to bring a change of clothes)?

There is always a possibility of the weather being cold, but the majority of the time it will be warm enough to do it.

Eaywdw shows an average temp in the low 80s for early November. Of course that's just an average. I have been in March when it was in the upper 90s and when the temp at night dropped into the 30s.

That's also a low crowd time.

There are only two outdoor "water rides" in all of WDW.

You should be fine with Splash Mountain. Kali River Rapids might be a different story. You can get really drenched on that ride.

This past November it was in the mid to upper 80's for those dates!

we were in the world last November (8-14) and the weather was definitely fine for water rides. we even did splash in the evening a couple times during MVMCP. one of our favourite things at universal is to put on soak-appropriate clothes, bring nothing but our room keys and park passes (we stay onsite) and ride their water rides over and over for an hour or two. then head back to the room to dry off and change. it was still a blast in November. I would plan on doing them, and when November gets closer the forecast will tell you if the water rides are gonna be comfortable for you.

We went around those same dates in Nov '14 and all four park days were different. One was warm, next was very nice weather, then rain all day, and the last day was cold. So cold. Like we bought plain black toboggans in Frontierland for $16 a piece and didn't think twice about it cold. But we still went on Splash mountain several times that day and I do not remember getting wet at all. And the line was very short because of the cold weather. It ended up being my oldest son's favorite ride :)

It can be really hot or really cold or inbetween. In 2015 in November they had some record heat in the 90s. In 2014 we were there the same timeframe you mention and we were freezing. It was in the 40s, drizzling and windy. That said, you can always stick a poncho on them for everything except Kali (your shoes would still potentially get soaked) even if it's chilly and ride. And they usually turn off the water cannons on Splash Mountain when it's cold. Here's a video of us freezing in Nov 2014. :-)

we were there last Nov9-19 and it was sunny and warm almost every day

we even went to a water park one day and it was sunny and nice but I was told it was unusually hot that month thou

but November can be both good and bad weather

We were there before Thanksgiving and we did Kali River Rapids 2x.

We were there this past November around the same dates and it was so, so, so hot! I know it was unusual, but you should be okay to ride water rides then.
