Water Play Areas

Are the water play areas like Curious George open with the water on? Or do they just have the water turned off? This time I want to have the kids bathing suits with us so they can go wild!! Is it ok for them to have their shoes off too? OR are they supposed to wear water sandals? Thanks to anyone who knows. It is supposed to be in the 80's on Monday - the weekend looks great too!!

I can't answer whether the water is on or not but every time we have gone our kids barefoot it.

barefoot is ok but wear water shoes for xtra traction
