Water Parks

We're heading to Disney in early August. We've never done a
water park. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids (9 & 10)). Our
9 year old is not a strong swimmer and doesn't like waterslides.
Is there a water park that would be better for him. He would
be happy w/a lazy river or other non-water slide type rides.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

My wife did a lot of research on this same topic for our May 2002 visit. Our youngest was just under 3 at the time. She concluded that BB had the advantage over TL in the "toddler friendliness" department. We went to BB and everyone, the youngest included, had a blast.

Both have lazy rivers. BB has some more interesting slides but TL has a great wave pool. Other than that the two are pretty similar.
