I decided to take off for a few days next month (May 2017), using some Megabus credit I have, since I get stir crazy from time to time. One of my stops will be in Orlando(other two are Atlanta and New Orleans, so it's going to be a pretty decent trip), so I thought I would spend a day at the Disney Water Parks, after breakfast at Olivia's Cafe at Old Key West Resort, and the other day will be split between Aquatica and SeaWorld(annual pass holder, and I will be returning in September). I have a few questions about the water parks from a solo travelers perspective.

1. Is it possible to do both water parks in a single day as a solo traveler?

2. Is there anything I should be aware of as a solo visitor to the water parks, aside from not being able to do certain rides?

3. If I do have to choose a park, which one would you recommend for a single, mid-30s male?

Single mid 30s guy who lives 40 minutes away from the parks who also happens to have annual passes, I would say you could do both parks in one day but not do everything, currently the parks open at 10 and close at 5 so you only get 7 hours to do both. If i had to choose one I would go with Typhoon Lagoon instead of Blizzard Beach as i think TL is the better of the two.

I was considering the pass, but want to get a feel for the parks first. I love water parks...hate dry land so my feet need to be in the water or air all the time. I figured skip the pools, family rides, and lazy rivers if I have to cut anything. I am able to travel ever two or three months, but it's a sizable investment. I have a Busch Gardens Platinum Pass, but am planning to drop it around October and replace it with something else.
