i understand there are lockers at aquatica/wet n wild, but how would i keep y towels/ bag safe when in the water it would be mainly a camera etc or should i just forget taking photos and leave the camera in the locker ?

Your towels can be left out and probably won't get taken, but it is not a good idea to leave your bag with camera, wallet etc. out under the towel etc. It is best to purchase a locker. You can return to it as often as you want to get the camera or money etc.. I know security at some of the parks have called in deputies to arrest bands of people who target the tourists. At one park CMs spotted a woman pick up a bag and rifle through it in another location. Then she went somewhere else and did the same. They ended up arresting 4 or 5 in the park that were working together-all without IDs or car keys. They ended up arresting 2 out in the lot who were their get away drivers, too.

I either take pictures on the way to the locker, during a break, or at the end of the day. As far as towels, we don't need them while we are on the rides & if I want to lay around I will just go to the locker. Still, you dry so fast anyways you don't really need a towel until you get in your car. I've always worried that someone (if you leave your bag sitting out) could easily take your car keys, find your car (just by pressing the lock or panic button) and take it while your still playing in the water.

Also be aware of your shoes. We always wear flipflops here at Water Country & just take them off before we ride, last week my oldest DD came back & someone had stolen hers. The concrete will kill your feet if you don't have shoes of some kind. Lucky for us we just wear our cheapo flipflops & this was the first time that happened in many years of going.
