Water parks in March?

I am going March 21-28. Typically, is it hot enough in March for the water parks?

We were there last year from Mar 8 - 17 and went to TL twice and BB once, plus we hung out at the pool daily. My neighbors went a few years before, though and had a blast of cooler weather. We will be there Mar 10 - 21 next year and I'm hoping for warm weather again!!
