If I get 4 day base tickets and the water park and more option does that mean I have to visit the water park on 1 of the 4 days I visit the theme parks of can I visit the theme parks 4 days and then visit water parks 4 other days or do I have to visit them all In the same 4 days

You have 4 visits to a single theme park for any 4 days and 4 visits to water parks, any day, within 14 days after first use.

Treat the park tickets & water park tickets as separate entities - 4 + 4 = 8 tickets. You could stretch them out as much as 8 days worth of fun.
