Water Parks and More Question

Hello, I am sure this has been asked and answered but I couldn't find exactly what my question was so I appreciate your help.
We will be in Disney from 9/18 to 9/26 and purchased a package. The 18th we are going to stay at the hotel and the same with the 26th so we will have 7 full days at Disney. I purchased a 4 day park hopper and water parks and more pass and then we had complementary 1 day park hopper passes so a total of 5 days for each of us. Now my questions, is this 5 days to hop between MK, Epcot, AK, and HS and then a 6th day to go to the water park? Can we go to the water park on 2 days for a total of 7 days? I guess I really don't understand the water park option.

My other question related to this is if we go to the water park and then have an ADR at an Epcot restaurant is this ok since I was at a park and I have the park hopper option?

You will have 5 days at the theme parks -and- 4 admissions to WP&More options.
You could use them in any order.
You could spread them out over up to 9 days, if you like.
You can go to a WP&More option on the same day as a theme park,
or on a separate day.
You can use more than one WP&More admission on a single day, if you like.

I believe if you go to Epcot for your ADR that will take 1 of your park admissions in addition to your water park admission. I don't think you can go to the water park and then 'hop' to Epcot. The water park entry will count against your 4 water park and more admissions and your Epcot entry will count as one of your 5 park days so you will use 2 of your 9 total entries that day. Someone can correct me if I am wrong.
