Water Park Rehabs?

We are in Disney 19th - 26th October, I know they will release the water park rehab dates soon, but can anyone who has travelled around these dates before tell me if both water parks are usually open or which one would most likely close?
I'm hoping both will be open

We went the last 2 weeks of October last year. Both water parks were open the first week and then Blizzard beach closed for rehab the second week.

I went 2 years ago at this time and it was only TL open, and last year I went end 2 weeks of Nov, again only TL open although it switched to BB during he first week of Dec

please keep us posted as we will be out that time as well
And we love the water parks

hopefully they will both be open
when will the dates be released

Jackie, we didn't find out for definate which one would be open until about 4 weeks before we went - up to that point it was rumoured that TL would be shut and BB would be open, we were a little disappointed as we wanted TL, but luckily it turned out ok
