Water Park on Halloween?

I was thinking of going to to Thyphoon Lagoon before MNSSHP. How crowded to you think it will be considering Blizzard Beach is being Refurbished

Haven't done it. However, typically if it's hot then when 1 waterpark is under refurb the other is considerably busier.
