Hello all!

Could someone with experience in September please tell me what to expect for water park crowds during the week? We are trying to determine if we will need a full day or just a half day, since we are traveling without the kids.

What are the waits for the big slides mid-day? Are you toe-to-face in the lazy river?

Thanks for the help!

We went just after labor day last yr on a wed. and there were no lines. You pretty much got right on except for summit plummet but that may have been like a 10 min wait.

Once the local schools start up (which they do by mid-Sept), crowds at the water parks are usually light during the weekdays but pick up on weekends.

we arrive on 8/26, i know alot of schools are back. but do you think water parks are just as crowded like that week end. im hoping that it wont be as bad as summer, or labor day (which is the following week end). any thoughts to CROWDS??????????thanks

Thanks for the replies! So I'm thinking half day for just the two of us, arriving at opening.

We went to TL on a Thurs last Sept. No crowds at all! It was wonderful. Even the lifegards were lovin' it!!
