Water from costco

Anyone try to order water from Costco lately and have it delivered to your resort? Does Costco still do this? TIA

I've never tried Costco, but have used WeGoShop many times for water delivery.

We did Wegoshop last trip and it worked out great, but this is just a quick trip and I only need water, don't want to pay $17 delivery if I can find it cheaper.

Yup.... just checked .... $6.99/per 24 case of 16.9oz bottles ... includes S&H ... last time I ordered on a Friday and it got there in plenty of time.

We ordered two cases of water from Costco for our August 2009 trip and it was no problem. HOWEVER, shortly after we returned, I read several posts on various DIS boards that said that Costco no longer delivered to the WDW resorts. Has anyone used Costco recently? Thanks!

I placed an order from Costco on Monday for our upcoming trip (leaving tomorrow!) and used the Beach Club Resort address with my name. I got a confirmation and an email telling me it shipped on Wednesday, so I'm hoping it's there waiting for us when we get in tomorrow.

We also ordered a case last summer from Costco and had it shipped to the Grand Floridian with no problems. I have read that since that time, some (or all?) resorts are now charging a fee for shipping items in advance. I think the fee for a case of water is $10, but I'll find out tomorrow for sure!

There has been a lot written about this question-I researched it a lot last year. Hopefully it will work for you. I tried last September for POR and my order was canceled by Costco - but hopefully others are having better luck now. As far as I am aware the extra charge depends on if your resort is a convention resort - and then you are charged an extra $10 to pick up the case - as it is delivered to their convention mail center. (GF, Contemporary, BWI, YC, CSR are the ones I can think of off the top of my head). Good Luck! We ended up filling our reusable bottles with tap water which actually tasted better than our own tap water in North of Houston and there are drinking fountains in all parks and filtered ice water is free at CS locations - so it worked out for us anyway.

I ordered ours and it was delivered to Pop before we got there on June 9. No fee was charged and yes it was zephrillis (sp?)

I ordered on Sunday night, it is being delivered on Wednesday. YMMV.

Note: it is delivered via UPS, which does not do Sat delivery. If you are arriving on Sat or Sun, you may want to factor in 1 extra day so you don't have to wait whole weekend w/o water. I believe resorts will hold packages 7-10 days in advance of your arrival.

Just FYI, my Costco water was delivered yesterday to the "front desk" at Poly by UPS.

Ordered Sunday night, got there Wednesday 12:43pm.

We also shipped a "care package" from home on Monday via UPS 3 day select; that package was rec'd today at "reception" at the Poly.

Hopefully packages will be noted on reservation when we arrive (this doesn't always happen ... in 2008 they only had 1 package listed on reservation system); if not, we'll just tell them and they have bell services bring them up to the room.

I ordered from Costco last week and the email statement said 2-3 business days for delivery. UPS delivered on the 3rd day to the Vista Way apartments - college program housing. Last year, delivery only took 2 days to POFQ and that was by usps. Now, delivery is by UPS.

I have another question to tag on to Fanof Dis. Where do I get the address to send the order to? And how do u send, meaning who does it go to? I want to order, but am not sure of address or who to send it to. Is it our name with C/O hotels name? We check into the BLT on Aug 15th. We are flying. I use to spread the water out in our checked luggage, but now the luggage fees are so expensive, we won't be checking bags.

We will arrive on Wednesday so I ordered last night. Here is the format I used:
First Name Field: First and Last Name.

I did this to the GF. We are actually still here. Just a bit of info--

It took two days after my order for it to arrive here. I placed one order with 3 cases of water. Costco packaged each case separately so the GF tacked on a $10'for each case meaning they charged us $30. The GF concierge did offer to remove the fee when DH said we were "disappointed" but be aware of that if you're planning to ship and your resort has a convention center.
