water filling stations

Are there water filling stations open in the parks? Ive seen on DL boards lists of them, is there something similar for WDW? I also know you can walk up and get cups of water. Is this more difficult now with covid changes?

There are water filling stations, but some of them were turned off when we were there in December. It really is easy to get a cup of ice water from any counter service place
