Water at Food Courts?

Is water available at the self serve dispensers at the resort food courts? Specifically POFQ. If it is, is it filtered? Does it taste better than water from the tap?

Haven't stayed at POFQ in several years, but water has always been available at POR and CBR and POP and the other hotels we've stayed in during the last few years, so I'd assume it's the same. It is not filtered through the soda system, but we've never had a problem with the taste. Not sure about the comparison to tap/existence of a filtration system.
