I'm a fan of
www.surfthechannel.com Instead of uploading the shows directly to their website, they link to where it's been uploaded elsewhere. I'm able to see all the episodes of West Wing that I never saw during its run, and also able to catch up on some of my shows before they're uploaded on the network sites. My one issue that I don't care for is that MegaVideo (which they commonly link to) opens a "Adult Friend Finder" page every time I click play. YUCK. But there's enough other sites that you can avoid it, or you can quickly close the window (my preferred strategy).
