We are wanting to watch the shuttle launch on Aug 28.
All the tickets for watching the launch from the prime viewing area are sold out.

But you can still watch from KSC.
The lady on the phone told me you can't see the actual launch, you can see the shuttle when it hits above the top of the tree line.

My question is:
Can you see it good from the Visitors complex? Is it worth watching it from there, or is there a better place to see it from?

I hate to rent a car, go there, and not have a good view. Or worse yet, not have it go, and have to return over and over hoping to catch it.

Any advice on this would be great!
thanks
