I worked at my daughter's dance recital this weekend. During one of the shows, we were overloaded with little ones..I think there were 40 little one.( Tiny tots who are 3, preschool who are 4, and kinder who are 5-6)
One class of tinys where horrible. They didnt listen at all, cried and threw fits when you told them no ( and no none of their parents stayed signed up to help)
During the dress rehearsal, the kids start with the finale first so after there number they can leave. So one mom comes and gets her tiny tot after her number. She gets her some candy, a juice and takes her into the audience to watch the show. about 20 minutes later the moms comes back to the door and tells me " she is driving me nuts. she doesn't want to sit still, she wants to play with her friends. Ill come get after the dress is over,...( meanwhile it is already 9pm)
She wasn't too thrilled when I told her no and that I wasn't a babysitter and since she already checked her out her daughter couldnt come back in the dressing room!
