Watch those SW flights.....mine was booked Tuesday and went down twice

....between Tuesday and Friday. It pays to check in OFTEN to see if your fares dropped. Now I have credits for next April.

I tend not to look at the flight prices after I book. We don't fly often (at this rate once every 2 years) so having a credit doesn't help us at all.

If I was flying like that, yeah I wouldn't either probably. I would just get mad if it went down and I couldn't get a credit. LOL However in our situation we know we are going next April and can use the credit so this girl is checking it out OFTEN.

SW and others are absurdly high for our Oct. trip. Hoping they'll drop in a couple months. Usually we find the lowest rates around 2 months out.

Looked this morning and our 83 buck flights down dropped to 69 so more credits for next April. However so dumb how this goes up and down in a week's time for a trip 6 month's away.

I haven't seen much movement for August yet.

It is good advice to check frequently though. We always get the credits since you never know when you might end up needing them. I had 2 credits from our January trip that I didn't think I would use. We ended up booking flights on Friday for an unplanned trip and I was happy to have the credits.

Our Oct trip out of Manchester, NH went up $141 pp. So, I'm glad I got them when I did.

Just got back 1550 points with a new lower price. I try to check at least once a day, and since I booked with points, I just get refunded the point difference immediatly.
