Has anyone else had Chase refuse to honor 0% financing on a WDW package because the wrong telephone number was used in making the reservation?

Well I have been back and forth with them on this and they refuse to budge, claiming that since the transaction is not associated with one of their listed telephone numbers, it is not eligible for the 0%. I have looked back at all of my reservations/transactions I have made throughout the time I have had the Disney Visa and received 0% financing, and EVERY ONE of them has a different phone number listed, and none of them corresponding to the numbers they have listed.

You mean the phone number you have the hotel/TA/etc is different than the phone number Chase has on file with your cc info? Wow. I've never heard of a problem like this. I'm sure I have used a home number for credit card applications but probably always use a cell number when booking because, hello?!?!?! we will be traveling so the home number would be pretty useless. Looking forward to hearing from others too. Best of luck in getting it fixed. It definitely doesn't seem right.

Could you not go online and update your telephone number? Then call back?

I don't understand why that's even an issue. I thought the 0% was good on a package reservation, it never says that it has to be YOUR reservation.

Am I the only one reading it as Chase had special telephone numbers you had to call to make the reservation?

So the problem isn't with the op's home or cell phone number being used or not used, but rather she booked the trip by calling a different 1-800 # than Chase claims she should have used.
