Geez, I don't check Dis for one day and you post a huge ADR update!

I LOVES alllll the plans!! I bet you will have no problem getting those ADR's, especially this time of year!

The only thing you have to be prepared to fork over the cash for the Dessert Party too, right? I know last year we didn't realize you paid for the one beforehand, so we were like 'oh, we'll do it next week' and we know how that ended up: sold out. Boo. This year I am PREPARED!!! I am also glad they moved the ADR up to 180 days so I can do it along with my others and don't have to be worrying about that too.

Hey- has anyone seen the tiers for the FP+?? I haven't even looked at it yet to sort of plan what things we might do... I assume the times are on a first come first serve basis with signing up? For some reason I haven't been fretting about this at all, but I have never really asked if anyone hasn't been able to get the FP's they want??

Hmmm.... another ADR... if you still need one I would suggest doing something new! It looks like almost all the places you are going to are faves that you have done before, so I would try a new place!! What park do you need the last ADR for? Of course my fave was HDDMR, but that is 2 credits.

I can't believe your ADR date is almost here!!! Mine seems forever away! Are you gonna be up super early on the computer? Or do you wait and call in? Last year online wasn't working well for me and I ended up calling in. The only place I didn't get was BOG dinner, but no one was really getting that at that time, so I don't think that was just me.

Congratulations on the resort change. We have never stayed there but my Aunt and Uncle have during our last two September trips. They stay in a Lion King Suite and they love it. My little one wants to stay there very badly but I just can't bring myself to give up the great transportation options at the Deluxes. However, I will eventually have to cave and let him stay there.

Thank you. I just can't see paying the prices at the Poly with the construction. I hold dear the GCH. As it will be in shambles i will be in tears. So figured this trip is ALL about my kids for their birthday i might as well give them the resort of their choice.

So excited for your plans to stay at AoA! We gave it up when we changed dates. It was much cheaper to stay at POR for two nights with a discount, than a non-discounted LM room at AoA.

I can totally see that. I am AMAZED how cheap POR is even compared to Values!!! It was cheaper for us to stay at POR as well. BUT the kids picked AOA!

After Tuesday you can sleep easy (well at least until July) . Your plans look great and the kids are going to be super exciting. It should be a crazy afternoon at your house after the big reveal. I don't know how you will keep the AOA secret for the entire drive!

I cannot wait to be able to have a full night sleep! I will keep it a secret! No worries there! Keeping the whole Disney trip a secret is KILLING ME!

Haven't even looked. I did read on Ariana's report she was switching and doing the FP+ on her phone the day before and the day of?? Let me get through the ADR day before making myself nuts over what RIDE i want to ride that day.. Disney is going to be the death of me..

Anyway, if you're going to be at HS your last day, I would definitely go to 50's Prime Time. Order a milkshake. They are real honest to goodness milkshakes. Made with real stuff! Yum! And their pot roast is my absolute favorite. Your family (and maybe Jen's?) will be just the kind of family the wait staff love to harass. Such fun!!

I totally missed the whole ADR discussion this week thanks to work but I love everything you did get! I hear you on how frustrating the system can be and I'm glad you were finally able to get through and make all of your reservations!

My Mom decided she needs to go back again so we are planning for mid October right now. So far the only restaurant we've been able to settle on is O'hana! I've got to do some research to figure out how to do this now that I have an AP and she doesn't. It never ends does it?

Ok....phew. I went back to page 12 (because that is where my finger landed) and low and behold....I really wasn't that far behind. I do try to follow along on my phone during my lunch breaks. But I hadn't heard the official news of a FULL stay at AoA. Yay! So happy about that. As much as I like the idea of a split stay....I just can't fathom having to unpack, pack and unpack again. Maybe if I could ever go for two weeks, but not for just a week.

As you know....I was with D there last August and we had a horrible experience with the food court. I considered staying there this summer, but after reading the reviews on AllEars....sounds like the food court problem wasn't a fluke. The food options were great....just took way too long for everyone to get their food. And the whole idea of different "bays" to get different things is just horrible. If you all get things at different bays, your food will not be out together. My advice would be to try to stick together and get things from the same bays. Just a little planning (which I know you are good at) and it shouldn't be bad.

My biggest deciding factor for POFQ vs AoA was my grandmother....there is NO shade or relaxing areas at AoA. Not like FQ......for the triplets it will be amazing....they are going to LOVE it. But for my 86 yr old Gram....not so much.
