It wasn't really that bad. It was an hor d'oeurve. We take egg salad, add a little curry powder and crunch up some bacon in it, put it on toast rounds and put a smidge of mango chutney on top.
Basically what happened was that I was making the egg salad and my friend cut her hand. Somehow, when she started *%&$$@#'ing, I must've jumped and added too much curry powder.
Anyhow, when we pulled it out of the fridge later, it's like the spices had turned it this weird green color. She said what the (insert bad word here) happened to this egg salad?! I bet if we turn out the lights this stuff will glow in the dark!
And yes, people ate it. The flavor was quite ... explosive, but it was fine. Slightly freaky to look at, but fine nonetheless.
