Washing Amy's Transfers?

I couldn't find the answer to this question on her site or by searching on here. Now that I've used Amy's transfer paper and ironed on the design, are there any special instructions for washing the shirts?

Anyone have any advice on how they wash their shirts after ironing the design on?

I just found the iron on transfer instructions she sent me with the transfers. These instructions should be with your order. It says to wash without fabric softener or dryer sheets before ironing on. After ironing on, wait 24 hours before washing. Wash with detergents that don't contain bleach or "colorfast" bleach. Remove from washing machine immediately.

Double check your instructions. All this information is on the actual "how to use the transfers" sheet.

Thanks! I figured it was on there, but I read the instruction sheet a couple of months ago when I first started using the transfers, and couldn't find it again.

I used another brand of iron ons and they all say to wash before wearing. I washed and dried the shirts before doing the iron ons. Do I really need/have to wash them before they wear them? They are the light transfers so the ink is face down on the shirt? I am just scared they will crack, peel, etc... before the kids get to wear them at disney.
