Was this really FREE dining??

Ok, so I thought I was doing great things by holding my honeymoon until September (I'm getting married in June!), so that I could book free dining. I even have a 20% off code, but figured dining would be more profitable. So I called and booked 9/19-9/30 with code CMK. Included in my package is 10 day MYW park hopper/water park fun and more options, for 11 nights, king size bed at CSR, and free dining. The quoted price was $2725.76.

Just to check what the price would have been, I went to the WDW website, and plugged in those days on the main page for all of the same options, and the price was EXACTLY the same.

I don't get it?! Can ANYONE help me out??

When I plugged it in I got $3,561.54

Did you forget to add dining when you plugged it into the Disney system online?
When I plugged it in without dining I got $2725.26.

So yes your dining is free!!! :-D

Try going to Expedia or one of those sites and plugging in your same package - but it won't include dining because I don't think you can get the DDP booking with those sites. If the price comes up the same - your dining is free I'm guessing that the DDP is coming up free automatically on the Disney site now that free dining is open to everyone.

Whew...I feel better then. For a second, I thought I got jipped! Yea! Now I can go to bed excited (once again!) about my honeymoon with FREE DINING!!!

Free dining is not always the best way to go. If you have a 40% off code and use it at a deluxe, that is a better deal than free dining.
