I began plotting out our dining choices for upcoming Spring Break trip. As I got to thinking that maybe this isn't such a bad idea after all.

Here is my question...I am booked for 7 nights (checking in on Sunday, checking out the following Sunday). So if I segment the ressie and only book the regular DDP for the first 4 nights I would actually have until midnight of Thursday to use all of our credits?

We thought of using QS, but think with the TS we want to do, it may be better for us to segment 4 nights of regular DDP and then the last three nights OOP.

Sound doable? We are a family of 4 Disney adults (3 real adults and one 11 year old). We are also DVC members.

Some of the TS we are considering are:

Chef Mickey's
Teppan Edo
LTT
Cape May
O'hana or Kona

What do you all think?

TIA

Any comments would be appreciated.

If you're not interested in doing TS every night (or, at least averaging 1 per night) and you don't mind front (or back) loading the TS to be on sequential days, then it makes sense. No use in wasting extra money for the DDP if you're not going to use it, can then use that money for more toys or that adult responsible stuff.
