Was there ever a Dodger character in Disneyland?

Did Disneyland have a character of Dodger from Oliver And Company? Because as you can tell from my name Dodger's my crush and it makes me curious if Disneyland did have a Dodger meet and greet at the time Oliver And Company came out? I bet Dodger's autograph is cool and rare

Not that I know of. They did appear in some cavalcades/parades at the various parks though.
