Ok, I will try to be gentle and not yell at you too bad..........but YES, not eating all day is BAD!! Your body needs those nutrients to keep your metabolism running, and to keep your blood sugar from going to low. Plus you tend to overeat.
Have I ever done it since I started my journey, yes........but it was at the beggining before I knew too much better!! I was driving to Virginia, and we were supposed to eat lunch at Subway, well DH wanted to wait till we passed Washington DC to get away from the traffic. Well we got stuck in traffic, didn't see any signs until it got so late that we decided to go ahead and have dinner early. I should have planned better.
I am not sure what plan you are on, but what about if you plan better? What if you keep some type of meal replacement bars in your purse for those type of days. Or the Kashi - high protien and fiber bars. The protien will keep you going and the fiber really fills you. If you are on Atkins, you will have to come up with an alternate solution. Maybe keep hardboiled eggs in the fridge or something.
Anyways, you weren't BAD, but it's not good for your body.
