OMG need to know. Testerday I didnt eat anything all day.NOT ON PURPOSE, it just worked out that way We were just so busy. Anyway by the time I got home about 7 pm I ate about 3 helpings of dinner LOL. adn I made steak with I fryed (too late to get creative) and pasta shells and chesse. So tell me I wan't bad. ;)
 
Ok, I will try to be gentle and not yell at you too bad..........but YES, not eating all day is BAD!! Your body needs those nutrients to keep your metabolism running, and to keep your blood sugar from going to low. Plus you tend to overeat.

Have I ever done it since I started my journey, yes........but it was at the beggining before I knew too much better!! I was driving to Virginia, and we were supposed to eat lunch at Subway, well DH wanted to wait till we passed Washington DC to get away from the traffic. Well we got stuck in traffic, didn't see any signs until it got so late that we decided to go ahead and have dinner early. I should have planned better.

I am not sure what plan you are on, but what about if you plan better? What if you keep some type of meal replacement bars in your purse for those type of days. Or the Kashi - high protien and fiber bars. The protien will keep you going and the fiber really fills you. If you are on Atkins, you will have to come up with an alternate solution. Maybe keep hardboiled eggs in the fridge or something.

Anyways, you weren't BAD, but it's not good for your body.

It doesn't matter if you were bad or not. Want to know why? It doesn't matter because it happened <i>yesterday</i>. On WISH we only concern ourselves with <b>right now</b>.

You can't go back and change anything, can you? It's history. We don't concern ourselves with history here. We worry about what is going on right now and right now, it sounds to me that you have learned a valuable lesson.

You <i>did</i> learn a valuable lesson, right? You learned to make sure that you eat something, busy or not? That's what I thought. See? You should be feeling proud of yourself for learning such a valuable lesson.

So, don't beat yourself up or feel guilty about <i>yesterday</i>, it's a waste of your valuable life. Who knows how much time you have to live, don't waste <i>one second</i> feeling guilty about <i>yesterday</i>. Okay? <b>Promise???</b>

AAAHHHHHHH thanks all! feeling better. Today I made up for it. 3 good nutritious meals. kept me going and I didnt overeat!
