I snagged a picture of it.

The red circle shows that it was up to that man's ankles, about 4 inches.

At the blue circle, the water was at least 6-7 inches.

Everyone was climbing up on this wall and walking around it.

We got about 2 inches in 1 hour, and all of the water ran to a few low lying areas and the drains just couldn't handle it.

Anyone else?

I was not tere, but hope it does not happen again next week. Good to see ya back Goofy:thumbsup2

Let's all hope that rain doesn't spoil your vacation too.

We didn't get to see Fantasmic! and golf at Fantasia Gardens because of the rain.

We did golf at Fantasia Fairways, however, and finished 17 holes. We recieved a rain check that does not expire.

Hey Goofy! WHOA, that's a lot of rain! Never could have imagined it without seeing the picture!

We had a day like that in the AK last summer. It was raining so hard and we spent about 10 seconds trying not to step in puddles until we realized that it was just one huge puddle!

I love the people running through the puddle in the picture!

When I went about 3 years ago for Christmas, it rained either on Christmas Eve or Christmas and we were at EPCOT and there was a mini flood then too.
The puddles were soo cold that day!

We had one day when it rained like crazy but I never saw anything like that.

That is a LOT of rain! There was a thread awhile back of people posting weather pics at Disney. Wish it could be found because there were some really cool pictures posted!

We had a day like that at MGM last year... It was insane, but it was actually kind of fun. It rained so hard everyone ran for cover we found it under that boat by echo lake.... The workers there were really nice and gave us free cookies because it was raining so hard... We didn't ask or anything they just gave them to us... To get around the park we had to literally walk on benches and ledges... the ground was at least 7-8 inches full with water.. Everyone was on top of things like the ground was hot lava. It lasted about an hour.

We had an evening like that in September last year...it rained SO hard and it just didn't let up so we decided to just "go for it" with our DGD age 3 and DGS in stroller age 1. The water was over my ankles and almost to the top of the stroller wheels. DGD LOVED it but DGS was screaming bloody murder, so we ducked in to the exhibits at SSE and it was FREEZING in there!!! So we headed out once more in to the downpour and ran to the mono...by the time we got back to the Poly the sun was shining again!
