Good Tuesday Evening Warriors...
Did a nice 4 miler tonight after work. Working on some speed and did negative spilts!! Yesterday I did a bit of some X-training.
Hopefully all Warriors can POST your April totals for me at the end of the month. Its ok no matter how much or how little you have, justing wanting everyone to try and participate.

BTW: The WDW Half Marathon registration closed today!!! Hoping those that wanted to register did so!
I got in over an hour of weights and stretching today.
I'm moving into my new house tomorrow....so it tomorrow should be a whole day of lifting, walking up and down stairs, and more lifting! yikes!....but I'll finallly be in my house..
I haven't posted in awhile, but I've been running! I hit 25 miles last week and will probably get there this week too (14 so far). It's been hot, but I'm slowly getting used to it again.
I finally got around to using my buckeyeoutdoors account to track my mileage from my Garmin. That's a fun game!

Not much to report here. After speed drills on Tues, last night was supposed to be a group run. The sponsor of our group asked for group photos, so I ended up being group photog for the night instead of running. I was ok with that though because my legs were really sore from the track!
I have to take DD to school today for kindergarten testing! Hoping to get in a run after that.

Michelle happy nearly friday! How do you find track work and what sort of programme do you do? i'm thinking of going to my local track but am a bit self conscious!

Went to the gym today after the world's most boring conference. 4.1 miles TM, 3miles on bike and stretching afterwards totalling 1hr 5mins. Will try to do core work before bed *** i've been slacking!
Since I got my run in this morning I can go ahead and post my April Totals. It wasn't the greatest of months for me. While Jeff was in Augusta enjoying the Augusta National and the Masters I was in Augusta re-soding my yard that wiped me out for a week and a half. So here they are:
Miles: 32
Minutes: 4 Hours 48 minutes.
I will be picking up the pace in May and June. I got Peachtree to get ready for.
Ken, had I known you were laying down new sod, I would have stopped by. I would have brought my sand wedge, and practiced my short game on some of that fine Augusta turf.
Next time, if there is a next time, you'll have to let me know where you live and we could go for a run. Or, you could find me a doggone actual ticket to a tournament round.

I ran 8 1/4 miles, followed by 800 yards of swimming in the ocean. On the return leg, I did some elementary backstroke so I could watch the beautiful sunset dip below the Waianae mountains. What a view it was tonight!
