mrsv98: After your post, I went back and looked, and there (for a brief moment) was a gnome in a yellow hat. The my officemate pointed out the the yellow hat was actually a boot. I think we are looking at the foot of the guy taking the picture (LOL). His leg is visable too (he is wearing blue jeans).

I have too admit, I was wondering how they could safely get a yard gnome up there. It would just be too easy to drop it. I can just see the headlines: "Suicidal Gnome plunges from the sky, kills 7, police not sure if terrorism is involved, as no known radical gnome groups have taken responsibility.".

But hey, it sure looks like a gnome!
