Warning: new email scam floating around

I check my spam folder occasionally just to make sure something valid does not get sent there. I just checked and recieved the following email from Hilary TailorMr. <info@yahoo.com>. I read it and didn't even have to check Snopes, I knew right away it was a scam. Just wanted to pass this info along. Here is the email:

Dear Customer,

Kindly contact our delivery department with the details below:
Ups Delivery Post
Contact Person:Mr.Hilary Tailor
E-mail: hilary.tailor101@yahoo.com.hk
Tel:+234-07056037881

Reasons:This is due to the fact that we are in possession of your parcel
containing an ATM Card worth of ($500,000.00 USD) that was registered with us
for shipment by the ATM Card® Promotion Award Team.You are to act fast by
providing your full name postal address and your direct phone number to
enable us make the delivery ASAP.

Note:that immediately our Delivery Team confirms your information's it will
take only two working days (48 hours) for your package to arrive your
designated address.For your information,the Mailing,VAT & Shipping fees have
been paid by the Award Promo Board you will only have to pay the sum of
($200.00 USD) to the Ups Delivery Department being full payment for the
Security Keeping Fee of the Ups company as stated in our privacy terms &
condition page.

Okay, first rule of thumb, if you are truly a winner of a prize you won't be asked for money.
Also, the email does not mention my name. Therefore the scammer can mass email thousands of people without being name specific.
And the company is written in the email as Ups, not UPS.
But I can see someone falling for this if they aren't email savvy. Any age. So worn people you know. Thanks!
 
I got a similar one, but it claimed to be from the FBI, claiming I had won an international lottery!!?!
