I am so mad right now! I ordered my MYW tickets on 4/17, using my Disney rewards card (I also transfered my reward dollars to my rewards card the same day-big mistake). 3 weeks passed and I had not recieved them, so I e-mailed them to find out what was going on-never got a reply. I called them on 5/14 to found out what was up and I got"That order was never processed because of a mix up with your reward card!" Well they got is straight, so I thought, and charged my Disney Visa on 5/16 and my rewards card. Well, I called 5/27 to find out why my tickets still hadn't arrived. They said it takes 14 buisness days (I asked them if they were using Pony Express!) They said they were mailed on 5/18. Ok on6/2 when I still had not received them, they said they would have to wait until 6/6 to send new ones by FED Ex. I got pretty hot under the collar and demanded they go ahead and send new ones now. The CM assured me they would go out the next day and arrive on 6/7 tues. and I could call today to get a tracking #, well, I just found out that they won't go out until Mon due to a mechanical problem on Disney's end!!! I now have to wait until Mon to get a tracking # and my tickets SHOULD be here by Tues or WED and I leave FRIDAY!!
So the moral is-DO NOT ORDER YOUR TICKETS FROM DISNEY ONLINE!
