Warm Valrhona Chocolate Galette!

Hi,
I recently ate at the flying fish cafe and for desert i picked the Warm Valrhona Chocolate Galette and WOW! i think it was the best thing ive ever eaten! ever! ...In my life!
If you love chocolate, this is the desert for you, it was a warm chocolate truffel type cake filled with warm liquid chocolate and came with a dark chocolate ice cream and rasberries. It was quite big and i was pretty full but i just didnt want to leave a single bit, it was that good!
Am i the only member of this fan club or is there any one else blown away by this fabulous desert?

I've always been a fan of those gooey, "lava" cake desserts.

But when I'm not able to get those, I can make a microwave "minute cake" from Betty Crocker Warm Delights that will satisty that chocolate craving like nobody's business.
