Wanting to WISH and needing a buddy!!

Alright girls, this morning was terrifying. I really did not want to look down at the scale but I was so glad when I did!!

I LOST 2lbs!!!!!!!! :cool1: :banana: :cheer2: :yay:

I couldn't believe it especially with this past weekend but it was there in black and white. So thats a total of 3lbs for me since I started this four weeks ago. Its not the "pound a week" I was going for but it is definately a great thing and I'm happy. I've come to accept the fact that if it comes off slowly just to be happy that its coming off!

We just ate dinner and now we are heading to that bike trail to walk. I'm really excited about my weight loss last week and I think that I'm channeling that into motivation for excercise to keep it going. Maybe next week will be just as good!

How did everyone else do who weighs in on Mondays?? Tell us!!
