? Wanting points for ressie 2006, transfer?

Hello, I was wondering, I bought a small resale with my friend. We will get to go every other year. So I go 2006, I might go in November and my use year is June. But I will need 30 or so more points. We stayed in a studio last time, this time I would like one bedroom, any view. What is the best way to get the remaining points I'll need. And when should I get them in my account. Is having them in my account the best way? Is it better for the member renting them too? We bought a small resale with the thought pay cash and be done with it, except main. fee. Then we could get our husbands out of the house at least once a year on a vacation. Well we went our first family vacation last year DD 6, DS 3 and now my husband says I'D RATHER GO TO DISNEY WITH THE KIDS EVERY YEAR, but this year is their turn. Silly man.
