Want to rent Boardwalk Studio 10/3-10/8

We are interested in staying at the Boardwalk Villas, studio room, standard view from Sunday, October 3, departing Friday, October 8. We're not totally familiar with the process, but would like to rent points to do this. It would require 45 points. Thank you.
