Want to rent 83pt for BCV in Oct. 2006

I know this is early and reservations can't even be made until November. However, I have been researching & reading everything I can from you great DVCers and have decided that a BCV studio will fit my family's needs for our Oct. 2006 trip to WDW. I would really like to make arrangements soon, if anyone will have points available for that time period and is willing to make ressies for me at 11 months out.

Here's my info:
Check in on Sunday, Oct. 8 & check out on Saturday, Oct. 14. According to the point chart, that would be (12x5) + 23 = 83 points needed for 6 night stay.


If you are interested in renting to me, I would like for you to PM or email me with your price per point, terms, accepted methods of payment, etc... We have never had to change/cancel a scheduled vacation, and I fully understand that all rentals are non-refundable. However, I would like to know if you are willing/able to change a reservation if something unforeseen arises. (I'm not talking about the proverbial "something better comes along") Is it possible to change a reservation?

I've never rented DVC before, but I can't imagine it being anything less than a wonderful experience. We all love Disney, or we wouldn't be on these boards. I'm thankful for the opportunity to experience DVC. Who knows, maybe it will convince DH
