She can't report the event because the web site will NOT let her log in. When she called they said she had lost her web rights until she sends a pic.
Her event has to be reported by 1 pm tommorrow. And as of 6:30 pm central time Elizabeth has not responded and she still cannot log in to the site.

You've probably done this, but send the email from the stayingconnected.com site rather than writing from your email program - that way, several eyes see it and they make sure it's responded to (sometimes).

And I would add URGENT to the title & explain briefly right up front that she has only until 1pm to report results but can't because no one will give her sign-on rights back until photo she sent is acknowledged.

Heck, I would even be on the phone calling several people.

Good luck!

I have a question for those of you who use ADP to look at your payroll. When you signed up what did you put in for the passcode? :confused3 I don't see anything on my paycheck that says passcode, I've tried all the different numbers and such that are on there but nothing works. :(

Anyway, I'm doing the got my first paycheck dance! :woohoo:

My first event was supposed to be 6-hours but I only worked 3.5 because I ran out of surveys and they paid me for the full 6! Someone here told me they would, can't remember who it was but you were right! :goodvibes So my first paycheck was 86.81, I'm so happy. :cloud9:

I PM'd you the password. Congrats on getting paid the full 6 hours, that's a great way to start (unlike me who was shorted $27 lol)

I wonder if WMsupercenter grand openings ever go off-date? There are still 3 events for next weeks grand opening still available. Wed & Thurs. I'm already working at that store those days. Maybe Daniel would allow doubles?

I have events booked, but if they cut me off, how do I get to print out my reports??? No, I didn't make copies.. Yeah I know stupid... but didn't get a chance, I know I sent them in a little late, but they should have them by now.... what a mess....

Can you scan and email or fax it to them? This is getting out of hand - sorry you are going through this!

Still no response from Elizabeth this morning.
Any ideas on how to get them to listen if she calls, instead of sending her straight to a voicemail??

I would let whoever answers the phone know this was urgent and you needed to talk to someone in person immediately and you would keep calling back non-stop till you had someone who could help. I'd also advise them you've left voicemail with no response.

She finally got to talk to someone. They told her Elizabeth had been out of state and just got back today. They told her to call back in an hour and talk to the same person and she would take her report for her.

i have my first demo this saturday, and i am wondering where i can get a bow tie from? where did you all get yours?

i thought for some strange reason that they were included in the welcome kit along with the hat and apron.

thanks in advance for any help.

Just received email from TMT to not forget to book the next big Target event on 11/25. Also a reminder about reporting on-line within 72hours. Also, there is a number to call if the product can't be purchased by event start time.

Then, this message: "At this time TMT requires a minimum of the full event duration between the receipts, more than the requested time is ok, and expected. Always confirm your event duration before leaving the store by checking your receipts."

Why is it TMT expects more time and SPi doesn't? :confused3

This is a guess but I'm thinking the states that TMT in probably have looser labor laws. I'm in MN, and as far as I know, only SPi is here and I think we have tougher labor laws unless you're a salaried employee.

I think I would purchase the products the second I walk in the door, and before setup with TMT - then bring your equipment out to your vehicle at the end and then go back in and swipe out - or get your form signed and then swipe out (at one K-mart, they won't sign until I've swiped out and I've waited up to 30 minutes for someone to "have time" to sign).

Even though it's not happening to me, I'm getting irritated by the tone of all these warnings, etc. It's obvious that everyone here is giving them a lot of extra time and energy and thought and this all seems rude to me.

Luckily, TMT only has the Target jobs in Central OH. It’s not uncommon for us to get emails from TMT to have product purchased 15 min. prior to event start time so we’re setup and “connecting” at event start time. Unfortunately, the Event boxes are delivered to Target and we have to check with the LOD for it first, then purchase the product if necessary. It’s not uncommon for Target to take up to 20-25 min. to locate a box and that’s all on our time. I agree the tone of some of their correspondence is irritating.

Kathy, did you notice that SPi has some Targets in the Columbus area? They are listed as "Franklin" Ohio, but it's in Franklin County. One is Grove (Port or City) and the other is on Rome-Hillard Rd in Hillard. I wish SPi had all the Targets in OH.

Sure makes Walmart look good! I sort of like the being all on my own thing and getting the kit at the house anyway. Now, if only more things would show up!

Yes, I noticed it and it’s the second event it’s happened. I’ve also noticed Cincinnati, Dayton, and parts of Northern OH Targets are now with SPi. It irks me that these two Targets are so close and with SPi. Hopefully, all OH Targets will be with SPi soon. I can’t remember how close you are to me. Is “your” Target still with TMT?

Anybody else receive their Almay/University Medical Kit yesterday? I’m missing the 300 Univ. Med brochures and the 2nd Wrinkle Free Box. I do have 3 jars of Facial Line Relaxer jars instead of two. And I have a L'Oreal apron instead of Almay. This is only the second time and the 2nd event in a row my box hasn’t had what it’s suppose to. I wonder if there's problems in the warehouse? :confused3
