Want to buy the dining plan

I have a room only reservation at POFQ this Sept 17-26 and I want to add the dining plan for two adults and pay for it (not get it for free) I am getting the room discount already but I want to add the regular dining plan and buy it. How do I do this? I can't find anything on their website.

You have to call. They'll change your reservation to a "ticketless package." I doubt you'll get to keep the room discount, but reports vary. Payment terms will change to the package terms; instead of paying when you get there, you'll have to pay in full at 45 days out.

I believe you will be able to keep your discount as long as your not getting free dining. We just paid for dining and gave a discount on our room at WL. Your just making it a package.

As the pp said, you have to call. Your RO reservation will have to be cancelled/refunded and a "ticketless" package booked, requiring a new deposit of $200 with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. You should be able to keep the discount on the room, but if there's no longer availability or the promo has expired, you will need to talk to someone in guest services as CRO doesn't have the ability to make those changes with an expired promo or no availability.

You can't double dip discount but we added to non discount room fd for Sept 4. All I did was modify.

I am actually getting my room discount but paying separate for the DDP. They let you do that because I'm not getting both discounts so it's not double dipping.

I was able to book the Better Together package (room and dining plan without park passes )with a 30% room discount for our Easter trip. I plan to do the same thing for our trip next spring.

Also known as a "ticketless package." You can buy the dining plan without tickets, but you have to call to book it.

But you can't get it for free without tickets added to the package, and OP did not want to add tickets.

You have to call CRO in order to book it. Just tell the CM you want The Better Together package. It can be used with a discounted room rate
