Want Feedback about Sunset Lakes

I've been attentively reading all of the threads about vacation homes on this site and I think it's the route that I want to go.

Nothing feels like vacation to me quite like a water view, so the idea of having a home that overlooks a lake sounds perfect! Has anyone stayed in this development before and could they recommend a home that has at least 4 bedrooms?

Was this area fairly close to Disney?

Anything else you can say about it?
